Name
hardware — Provides an overview of hardware components on the board. Specify a component to get more detail on that component. This is a Hardware command that can be accessed by all user roles.
Syntax
hardware [monitor [-v] | asic [-v] | check [-v] | led [-v] | cable [<PORT_NAME>] | fru | inventory]
Options
monitorDisplays a status overview of the hardware components on the board. This is the default.
asicDisplays the ASIC status.
checkChecks hardware components for faults.
ledDisplays information about the switch LEDs.
cableDisplays information about a specified cable or all cables, including Cable Type, Vendor Name, Cable Length, Part Number Revision, Serial Number, Supported Speed (25G or 100G) and Temperature (°C).
fruDisplays information from the EEPROM about the board, chassis, and product.
inventoryDisplays an inventory of power supplies and fan trays.
<PORT_NAME>Specifies which port to display its cable information.
-v,--verboseDisplays further details.
