Note the following Cornelis recommendations:

• Administrators should log out users and disable multi-user logins prior to performing provisioning and similar tasks.

• Configure the MgmtAllowed setting and consider limiting access to port configuration changes by limiting access to User Management Datagrams (UMADs). Refer to User Query Permissions for more information.

• Commit all of your provisioning changes together during a time when the system is quiet, such as after hours.

  A restart can be disruptive, though necessary. Multiple sweeps can occupy resources.
