OpenSHMEM is a Partitioned Global Address Space (PGAS) programming model that provides one-sided put/get and atomic operations between ranks (Processing Elements, PEs). This section describes how to compile and run OpenSHMEM benchmarks over the CN5000 fabric using Sandia OpenSHMEM (SOS) and the OSU Micro-Benchmarks OpenSHMEM suite.
