The OSU Micro-Benchmarks OpenSHMEM suite is compiled using the SOS oshcc compiler wrapper:

tar -xf osu-micro-benchmarks-<version>.tar.gz 
cd osu-micro-benchmarks-<version>

export PATH=<sosinstdir>/bin:$PATH
export  LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<sosinstdir>/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

./configure CC=oshcc --prefix=<osu_shmem_instdir> 
make -j
make install

The resulting binaries (osu_oshm_put, osu_oshm_get, osu_oshm_put_bw, osu_oshm_get_bw, etc.) are installed under:

<osu_shmem_instdir>/libexec/osu-micro-benchmarks/openshmem/
