TelemetryExchange: Used in FGAR and must be enabled withCongestionExchangeas well.Enable: Enables telemetry.Debug: Enables debug output for telemetry.ScalingAlgorithm: Only 1 is supported (linear).CoordXScalingThresholds(where X is 1-3): The thresholds for each of the up to three coordinates/dimensions, where a coordinate is loosely a direction of an ISL. The thresholds are used as a comparison against the selected telemetry measurement to get the final 4-bit value used. There are a few strategies for setting these based on the desired transfer function.Values can be in the range of 0-1000. Fat Tree will only use coordinate 1. Any value less than the first coordinate or greater than the last will be given a value of 0 and 15, respectively, for the final 4-bit value.
CoordXScalingPeriod(where X is 1-3): How often (in clock cycles) the telemetry value is updated for the coordinate. The recommended default is 1000. The minimum value is 20.TelemSrcSel: Selection between two values to base telemetry on.0 is
PortXmitVL#_Wait_Cnt, which measures how much traffic is waiting for the VL1 is
PortXmitCsgTime_VL#_Cnt, which measures how long a VL was in the congested state
Age Fields
EnableDropAge- Enable/disable dropping packets after max age.EnableIncrementAge- Enable/disable incrementing the age.MaxAge- The maximum age. If we hit max age, do not increment further. IfEnableDropAgeis enabled, drop the packet instead.
CongestionExchange: Must be enabled withTelemetryExchange.Enable: Enables or disablesCongestionExchange.Debug: Enables or disables debug messages related toCongestionExchange.DownstreamEnable: Enables or disables downstream congestion (should be enabled for Telemetry information to be used).ShiftBiasandWeight: Each of the downstream, remote, and local congestions has aShiftBiasandWeighttag. The bias determines if you shift left or right, and the weight is how much the value is shifted by. The maximum value used after shifts is 14.Local and Remote Method: The only value supported is 1 (linear).
Local and Remote Thresholds: Similar to the scaling threshold, but for local and remote congestion.
